New User can't login

New User can't login

I have searched the board, and google, and can't seem to find an answer to this. I have created a customer login, and verified the username and password several times, even changed the password just in case for some reason the system didn't like it, and when trying to log in to the system, it just shakes and says it's invalid. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated, we would like to start using this with our clients as soon as possible. Thanks in advance to any assistance.

have a look on the logfiles

"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

When I go to Admin->System Log, it's completely blank, nothing there.

if you are on windows you have to check the logfile on disk

Here's the error in the log, and I've attached a screenshot showing that the user is in fact in the system...

customers log in via /customer.pl (and errors related to that are CustomerAuth)
Agents log in via /index.pl (and errors related to that are Auth)
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
