How would I print report showing tickets that were...
...open for 7 days or more? My boss wants me to print out an excel spreadsheet showing the tickets that had been open for 7 days or more from April 22 until to day, 5/20. I know I can do this in the statistics section, but when looking at the time frames to choose from, it does not work. Does anyone have any help to give me?
