customer.pl ticket view: how to expand zoom?

Hi,

I have the following problem:

for agents i can set the following settings:
Ticket::Frontend::ZoomExpandSort = reverse and Ticket::Frontend::ZoomExpand = yes

now our customers (for customer.pl) wants exactly the same. Is it possible? How?
