auto Lock closed tickets that are re-opened
Hello, currently when a ticket is closed, it defaults to the unlock state. But if there is a reply to that closed ticket, the original agent is not notified and this is bacause the ticket state is unlocked. Is there a way to automatically lock the ticket if a reply is made which is re-opens the ticket? This way, the agent is notified. Thanks in advance for any help.

Yes, have a look at the Queue settings: Ticket lock after a follow up:
