Dear friends
I'm planning to migrate to OTRS but software service desk that I use today has a customization that I would like to know if it is possible to do it in OTRS.
When you open a ticket dismissal of employees it opens many subtickets for different queues who are involved in the process, such as IT, HR and occupational medicine.
Making it easier for a ticket open with only those involved in the process are notified is possible with OTRS?

I think, you can realise it with the Feature Add On "OTRSWorkflow"
it is a commerical Add On from otrs.com
