OTRS INTEGRATION

Hi,

I need help regarding integration of OTRS with other application as i am new to OTRS.
1. Tell me can we use SOAP or web-service to send a ticket information to some other application located on different server.

2. And also i want to send mails out of OTRS to agents registered in OTRS, my application in installed on Centos so i am unable to use SMTP and i cannot use SENDMAIL utility because i don't have relay in my environment so is there any other way to send out mails.

If it's urgent, you may want to buy a support contract with someone. We're volunteers and may not have the answer for your needs.

Possible, I guess, but it's not as simple as saying "yes" or "no" ... it requires development and knowledge of the Generic Interface

Seriously, you will need to make one of those two options work, and CentOS is not the limiting factor for SMTP or SENDMAIL.
you need a smarthost/relay or dns and availability to send out via port 25 of your network from your OTRS. If you don't have a relay and you don't have ability to send through port 25 outbound, maybe you can have someone print out emails and fax them.
