Queue in Frontend::Customer::Ticket::ViewNew

Good day,

I have hard time to configure the new ticket for customer. But the "TO:" field has no item to be selected. when I try to edit the CustomerPanelOwnSelection I cannot understand what value I'm going to put, if is it new name of Queue or the Number of Queue alphabetically.

Which Queue ist wich Group assigned and which Group is your customer assigned?
You read the manual?
