Hi Community,
my colleagues who use our instance of OTRS have been complaining for having to press the "Refresh" button in the "Owner" field every time they need to create a new ticket and right after they select the respective "Queue".
For some queues we have about 30 Agents but they are only shown after pressing the "Refresh button" right in front of the "Owner" field. If the "Refresh" button is not pressed only 11 agents are shown.
Is there anyway to enforce that all Agents are shown in the "Owner" field when it is being refreshed by the selection made in the "Queue" field?

The Owner list is based upon the Agents who have the Queue highlighted in the agent's preferences, "My Queues"
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
