How to enable FAQ module?

Hello, I know when we initially setup OTRS, I see the option for the FAQ module on my menu bar. Now it's gone, I can't remember why. Is there a way to get this to display again? Thanks in advance. -Sophy978

For me, it was because I did not belong to the faq groups. When I added myself to the groups the menu appeared. HtH.
