Hi,

i want to allow customers to change their own data in their Preferences like in OTRS Official Portal (see below)

How can I do this stuff ?

More, how can I add a Download link like in OTRS Portal ? Is it a non free add-on ?

OTRS is more about maintaining your own customer information (generally) than allowing random people to maintain their own information.

Now, if the back end that has the customer demographics allows this, then it works well, but OTRS may not have much it provides for self-modification.
