Problem with Cache after upgrading from 3.0.8 to 3.1.13

Greetings,

I'm having trouble accessing OTRS after I upgraded from 3.0.8 to 3.1.13.

Each time I go to the login page I got the following message:

Software error:

Got no CacheInternalObject! at /opt/otrs//Kernel/System/Queue/PreferencesDB.pm line 29.

For help, please send mail to the webmaster (XXX), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

I followed the procedure described in UPGRADING and got few problems with the database update and migration but I was able to fix them.

I also made sure to refresh the configuration cache and delete caches (as described in the upgrading procedure).

I restarted OTRS but still to not avail. Also there is no information in the var/log files.

Can someone help please?
