Dynamic Fields into Custom Template

Hi all!!!!
Pleas help me.
I create a custom template for agentticketphone and few dynamic fields, but i don't now how to add my dynamic field into my custom template.
If I add fields using Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewPhoneNew this fields displayed for all templates? but i wont to display for difrent template difrent fields.
