Migrate configuration data to another OTRS instance

Hello all,

As I know, OTRS supported for us to migrate all things in sysconfig to another OTRS instance. In order, I would like to ask you how to migrate configuration data setting to antther OTRS instance
Configuration data setting includes:
- Agent Management (Agent, Group, Role...)
- Queue Settings (Queue, Response, Salutation...)
- Customer Management (Customer, Company...)
- Ticket Settings (Notification Event, Ticket Type, Service, SLA..)
- Email Settings

Anyone know or do you any idea/suggestion? Please help me.
Or do you know any post to solved this requirement, please show me.

Backup the source system. Do a disaster recovery to the new instance, then [optionally] delete all the tickets in the new instance. Back this config/database up and now you have a deployment config.

What is described is the answer. If you know what the customer wants, create a script for them to do it.
