Hi All,
I've installed OTRS 3.2.3 on Ubuntu Server.
Application and MySQL is in different server.
When I was testing Change Management I found that while reporting, the page is taking too much of time when I save.
Can anyone tell me why OTRS is taking so much of time?

Trouble with Software, Hardware, Configuration, Network, Database ... Check the logs and the performance and network connections.
