OTRS can't receive emails automatically

Hello,

unfortunately OTRS is no longer able to receive emails automatically. It's still possible to receive new tickets and ticket updates by email by getting these through the admin module manually. Until it doesn't work, I have to do the following workaround:
Admin menu -> Postmaster Email Accounts -> Receive emails

Do you have any suggestions for me? There must be a service or task to perform the cronjob.

This has been asked and answered multiple times on this forum.

What do the logs say?
When did it change?
Did the password expire?
Are you fetching from gmail?
Did something happen with DNS or network?
What do the logs say?
Did you mess with your cron jobs?
Did you try restarting bin/Cron.sh restart otrs ?
Are you getting a specific error?
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
