FAQ Module - Knowledge Management Approval

I have already enabled the FAQ Approval with the following settings:

Edit Config Settings in FAQ -> Core::Approval
FAQ::ApprovalRequired : Yes
FAQ::ApprovalGroup : faq_approval
FAQ::ApprovalQueue : ServiceDesk::SOC::FAQ_Approval
- Already created a queue for this

Problem is the FAQ admin/approvers don't receive email notification whenever the agent creates a new articles. Moreover, the
article is automatically published.

Any one knows the possible configuration that I've missed out.
