how to install a fresh copy of OTRS on windows 7

hello friends ,

i might sound silly but i am new to OTRS and i wanted to install it on my laptop but i dont know how to .

can anyone guide me the installation procedures . i tried the admin manual but was of not much use.

would be really gratefull if someone could guide me

Get one of the Windows OTRS installers from ftp://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/ and install it... The installer does everything for you.

please describe what's confusing... basically it's

1) download the installer
2) double-click the installer
3) answer the questions (e.g. accept the licenses, set the path)
4) you're done
