Hi.
Version 3.2.7
State of ticket can not select how to do it in bug tracking system. For example I wish change state of ticket from "Open" to "In work".
Could you please tell me, can it be done without code changes?

add a new state (Admin, States/State Management) of "In Work" of type open.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

I've done it, but how can I change the status now ?
State of ticket is "Open" and I can not change it on "In work".
