Messages are not send and recieved

Hi.

We using Google domain.
Internet works.
I created new acccount of mail in OTRS, but messages are not send and recieve.
Error message is appeared:

Is this mail address allowed to send emails? To use Google seems to be a common problem. Please use the forum search, you should find some threads where this issue is discussed...
