Hi
I have the following situation:
1. New tickets are placed in a queue and gets the State 'New'.
2. New Tickets gets analyzed and are moved to another queue and gets a new owner as well.
I would very much like this proces to automaticly change the State from 'New' to 'Open'. Is that possible and eventually how to do?
PS. I am aware of using 'New window' instead of Move dropdown-box is possible, but would prefer an automatic solution.

New ticket is new until contact with customer has been logged.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
