I started testing OTRS yesterday and used my inbox as the testing mailbox. Little did I know that OTRS would empty my mailbox...
Is there any way of pushing the emails back up to the Exchange mailbox?

no, but with Exchange, get to OWA and undelete them.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
