After the install of OTRS, i have any notification in the admin, is it normal ?
Is there a notification list example?
I have found an example in the wiki for a closed ticket (http://wiki.otterhub.org/index.php?titl ... has_closed) but when i close a ticket, the agent receive the e-mail but the customer not registered d'ont receive any message.
In the log i found this :
[Fri Jun 14 10:34:15 2013][Notice][Kernel::System::Ticket::Event::NotificationEvent::_SendNotificationToRecipients] Send no customer notification because of missing customer email (CustomerUserID=)!
I have the Email adress in the ticket information but any thing in customer information.
Have you a solution ?
