When sending outbound emails, users often BCC their own internal email address to retain a copy of the sent mail for future use as a template or review. This worked without any issues since we started using OTRS, but just recently it seems to have stopped working. OTRS has stopped sending any BCC mail to internal or external addresses. Admin system log does not show that any BCC mail is being sent.
We have restarted OTRS services including the Sendmail service, but it is still not sending a copy of the message to the BCC address.
Any thoughts?
