I was installing ITRS 3.2.5 over Help Desk 3.2.7. When the installation is finished these messages was showed:
No usue la cuenta de superusuario para trabajar con OTRS. Cree nuevos agentes y trabaje con esas cuentas.
FAQ 2.2.3 - El paquete no fue desplegado correctamente. Por favor, reinstale el paquete.
GeneralCatalog 3.2.5 - El paquete no fue desplegado correctamente. Por favor, reinstale el paquete.
ITSMChangeManagement 3.2.5 - El paquete no fue desplegado correctamente. Por favor, reinstale el paquete.
ITSMConfigurationManagement 3.2.5 - El paquete no fue desplegado correctamente. Por favor, reinstale el paquete.

However the packages run and the funcionality is ok.
Is there a way to fix this problem in the package manager.

other messages mean the packages (especially the Standard/templates) were overwritten by the upgrade. "reinstall the package"
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Thanks for your answer but I have another question.
I just installed the software. First I installed Help Desk as installation tutorial said and then I went to package manager and upload the ITRS file . I never did an updrade. I tried to reinstall but the error still show. I dont know why?
