How to create a ticket if the customer does not have an e-mail?
I have several clients who require return phone and I can not open a ticket without email. Could anyone help me?

Can't you just set up a dummy email address and use that? i.e. dummy@yourdomain.com
Alternately make a hotmail address and use that email address. i.e. mydummyaddress@hotmail.com.
In either case set up a delete email after some amount of time for the dummy email address' inbox.
