Hello OTRS community, I am wondering if anyone has done this already so I don't have to re-invent the wheel. Someone has got to be doing this already.
I have a form that comes into OTRS as a ticket. There is data in the form that I would like captured and be able to report on. A ticket can have 1 or all 5 lines filled out. Please refer to my image example, this comes in from a form. Basically a user would fill out the form and request what items they would like to order. I would like to be able to report on these order fields. What is the best way to capture these fields for reporting. The obvious is to create the 20 fields and the report would have 20 columns pertaining to these fields. This is cumbersome, it would be much better to somehow be able to have 5 columns with 4 lines...but how? Is there a better way to do this? Thanks in advance for any guidance.

Sounds like you need shopping cart software, not necessarily ticket request.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Yes we have ecommerce already. This is an example to simplify what I am looking for. I am using this for our field guys to fill out their support request information and let us know what parts they need sent out to the customer for repairing their equipment.
