Hello, something weird is going on there. This is all from the OTRS interface, I don't have access to the database. I am trying to create a new customer account but when I try to save it, I get this message: Email already exists!
When I do a search for the address, nothing comes up. But I can't create account because it says the email already exist. Anyone else seen this, what is causing this, how to fix it? Thanks.

Figured out the issue. The search function searches on the Username field and not the email address. I updated the account so that the username matches the email address.
