ticket preview question

i have problem where i dont get same data on from my database on ticket preview

i had that problem with Normal 0 false false .... (ANY SOLUTION TO THAT?)
and i tried to replace that with empty string and when i try print there is no more error but it just erase error and not showing text that is in the ticket

but here is the funny part
OTRS admin can see it perfectly but print wont work...

on other ticket i tried to insert "test" before message in a_body column in articles and again same issue
OTRS wont see any difference (perfec again) but when i press print i get
"test
rest of the message ..."
like i set it in a_body column... its strange error
how can i find text that OTRS see it in ticket panel
