Hi all.
I have a strange issue.
We configured a OTRS 3.2.27 with 1 principal mailbox (help@domain.com) and about 20 aliases (with 1 queue for each one).
When i try to send an email from ipad WITHOUT attachment all it's ok.
When I send email from iPad WITH attachments (like pdf, doc, jpg) the email go on a wrong queue (help@domain.com).
Someone have any idea?

Any postmaster filters active? Look at the mail source code (activate "PlainView" in SysConfig and click on "Unformatted view" in TicketZoom). Is there something strange?

We set 1 postmaster filter for each queue.
The problem is that when we receive the email from ipad with attachment from plain view we can see the field "to" was changed with primary smtp address (help@domain.com).

this seems not to be an OTRS issue as OTRS does not rewrite to addresses

I already think the cause could be exchange server.
By design, it seems that exchange modify the email header.
But, we check the mail header and the "to" is right.
When we check the plain view from OTRS the "to" was changed

Hi all.
We fix the problem by using exchange contacts instead aliases.
We found that Exchange change the email header when using alias, when we set to forward the email to a contact the email as the original format.
