I can't close a ticket , and cant add text to it !

Hello all ,

I have an OTRS software version 3.0.17, I used to deal with it fine with no problem but suddenly when I reply by an empty answer or try to close it , I cant add a text because the text area is shaded and blocked also I cannot click submit or close it even I cant cancel or close the window !, it will show me the same as shown in the figure below :



I cant add any thing to the text area

btw, I used unsigned certificate since I create the orts index.pl site and I didn't suffer any problem with it .

but what could be the reason of my problem !!!

I know the problem , bcz i am using older version of otrs : 3.0.17 which not compatibal with internet explorer 9 & 10 .

so when i upgrade it to 3.0.9 its gone !
