Hi Good day,

I have a bit question and clarification about the customer interface.

First, Upon creating ticket and viewing the ticket. Is there any button that say you can edit/cancel your own ticket?
Second, If this is possible where can I find the button or configuration so I can enable the customer to cancel or edit his/her own ticket.

because of OTRS's view of forensics, you can't edit your ticket, but you can reply with updates and a new state, like close ticket.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
