FreeText/Dynamic Field for a specific Queue on close ticket?

Hi,

is it possible to show freetext for a specific Queue when the agent close the ticket? If yes, could you please explain how?

Hi,

I created Travel Time in dynamic fields. I would like to show this (mandatory)field only a specified queue or service when the agent close the ticket.

I know it's possible when the ticket created, but we need this on ticket close...

Use what you know and apply it to the reply/response function, then set next state to closed successfully.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
