Add values in ChangeFreeText1 without sysconfig

I have a long list of values to add in the ChangeFreeText1 in Change Manangement.
How can I do that without having to add 1 by 1 in sysconfig?

the only way is the manual edition of the ZZZAuto.pm which can destroy your system!
