Hi All
I'm new to otrs and have encountered something strange , I have setup a office 365 email account, otrs should download the mail from the account using pop3s , Otrs is receiving the first mail without any problems but a copy of the mail remains on the email server after otrs has retrieved the mail. This is causing a problem because once a second and third mail is sent to that email addresses otrs just keep on downloading the first email every 10 minutes so apart from the duplicates the other emails are also never logged in the system.
Has anyone else tried to pop email from office 365 or had a similar issue with other email accounts?
I have also setup Mozilla thunderbird and set the client to not leave copies on the server and to pop3s it and then it completely downloads the email and leaves no copy on the mail server
