Email all customers in a company?[SOLVED]

I don't know if this has been asked before or not but I need to have the following done.
Have all the customers from one company emailed when a ticket is created from the customer web interface. If so could someone explain it to me?

This would be a very useful feature. As far as I can see there is no support for this. The only thing I've done for this is to send to a distribution list but this far from clever.

set this user to have an email address of a distribution list.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
