Is there a way to auto-populate an answer to a survey question with the ticket owner? Ideally, I would like our survey to ask some general questions, then ask who take care of the customer's ticket, and finally how helpful that agent was. We will have few enough agents that we could do a radio list, but something cleaner would be nice, and if the person doesn't remember who took care of their ticket or is too lazy to choose, this way the field is filled in with the proper value.
Can this be done?
