Ticket state is not Updating ...

Hi my OTRS is not updating the ticket & it takes 5 to 6 tries to update any ticket , can some one plz tell me wht the problem with that :(

My Log file gives me an error.

The error message you're showing doesn't relate to your issue, but points to a different problem for a ticket that has no CustomerID.
That error message seems to indicate you've enabled CustomerCompany support, but have a Customer that doesn't have a company assigned.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
Please edit your signature to include your OTRS version, Operating System, and database type.
