IS THERE A WAY TO SEND NOTIFICATION WHEN A WORKORDER IS COMPLETED INFORMING THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR creating it

Have a look at the ITSM notifications (event) in the Admin area. There is already one notification for Workorder state update configured. You can adjust it...
