Guten Mittag OTRS Community.

Ich möchte gerne auf meinem apache Server eine andere Seite als index.pl als Startseite haben.
Diese Seite soll eine auswahl haben, was ich denn bin ob Kunde oder Support Dienst.
Allerdings finde ich nirgends eine einstellung in der otrs Config oder in der apache Config.
Denn auch wenn ich in der apache Config den Document Root ändere, findet er zwar nichtmer die index.pl allerdings kann ich dann auch nicht auf meine eigene html datei zugreifen. Hat otrs noch irgendwo was automatisch in der apache Config was rumgefummelt, sodass er immer auf die index.pl springt?

Ändere doch die index.html in var/httpd/htdocs

Der Document Root muss ja meine ich irgendwie geändert werden, aber wieso auch immer kommt er trotzdem an die index.pl datei ran. Und das umändern der index.html im htdocs ordner brachte mir da auch nichts

Schau mal, ob Du ein Redirect oder ähnliches in der Apache-Konfig?

Zum Verständnis, ich bin ein kleiner "noob" was Opensuse angeht, und muss ein OTRS einrichten.
Und ich möchte halt einen anderen Startscreen haben (also eine selbsterstellte html Seite, wo ich auswählen kann was ich bin ob Kunde oder Supporter (diese Seite verlinkt dann auf die Customer.pl oder die index.pl))

Ich habe eine Zeile überlesen in einer anderen Datei, die die ganze Zeit da war^^.
Einfach in der URL anstatt:
"IP des Servers"/otrs/
"IP des Servers"/otrs-web/
eingeben und dann geht der auch automatisch in ein komplett anders Verzeichnis, wo meine selbsterstellte Testseite vorhanden war.
