Hi,
i'm new to OTRS. i've just installed the package onto my CentOS5 (Oracle virtualbox) and the installation is smooth without any errors. However when i try to access the webpage, i'm getting "Internal Server Error".
i'm accessing via URL "http://<ip address>/otrs/index.pl".
When checking on the error_log in /etc/httpd/logs, i found the following error line.
[Thu Jun 06 19:55:40 2013] [error] [client 192.168.1.8] Can't locate object method "new" via package "version::vpp" at /opt/otrs/Kernel/cpan-lib/version/vpp.pm line 908.\nCompilation failed in require at /opt/otrs/Kernel/cpan-lib/Apache2/Reload.pm line 179.\n
Can anybody help me on this?
i've restarted the box but to no avail.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
