How to add new search attributes in Agent Ticket Search?

hello
I want to add new search attributes in Agent Ticket Search. For instance I want to be able to search for City and Country.
OTRS 3.1.7 on Linux RedHat with MySQL database connected to an Active Directory for Agents and Customers.

Unless you added those to the ticket as Dynamic Fields, you can't search for tickets based upon Customer criteria.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
