I am trying to get the OTRS2Chili plugin to work. This is supposed to link from OTRS to Chiliproject, allowing creation of a Chiliproject item from a button in OTRS, with links back and forth. I have been able to get the button to show up in OTRS but have not been able to get the item to show up in Chiliproject. I have enabled web services in Chiliproject and have entered the API key in OTRS and followed the instructions but am still not getting anything in Chiliproject. I am getting some log messages mentioning some deprecations but so far that does not seem to be the issue. The plugin information says that it is compatible with Chiliproject 3.0 and above and I am running 3.8.
Does anyone have any experience with this plugin that they would like to share? I would appreciate it very much.
