postamaster Email problem

Hi All,

I have an old version of OTRS (2.7.0) it has been working fine until now after a move of our emails to a new hosted platform. normally we used a local server which worked very well in OTRS with POP3

I have changed the settings on postmaster mail account to point to the new server address but i still cant pull emails. The new server is on IMAP and connection security STARTTLS

Anybody with ideas how to set up this? Any help greatly appreciated

check the logs.

But STARTTLS might not work on 2.4.x
