office working time and hour to be set

hello user,

i need to add working time and day to be set on OTRS so that customer can't raised ticket after that time and day.
i got this to be set in calender and added in
system in SysConfig Framework> Core::Time::TimeWorkingHours 9am to 5 pm and TimeVacationDays also set.
also set in calender sunday as holiday.

i am using SLA for escaltion of tikcet insted of queue.

1.my confusion is that , by setting this calender is it possible for customer to raise ticket after 5pm and before 9 am.?
2. we didnot want ticket to be raised before and after given working hour.
3.on sunday no ticket can be raised.

i want that ticket system should not worked after working hour.

how this i configure in otrs.pls suggest .

Calendar is just used for Escalations and reminders. So a customer can create a ticket always

"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

hwo can i restrict user to create ticket after working hour.my requirement is this.?
