How to send "Service" in Notification Emails

My Company wants to send also the Service Information (Specially the Name) in the Email Notification. Best solution would be, if I can use it also as Notification Tags, but didn't found any information on how to create my own Tags.

Is there someone having already a solution or know how to get these Service Information into Notification Mails? Or do someone knows where and how to create customized Notification Tags?
