Hi all,
I have been creating the changes and tickets in my OTRS system however all tickets and changes (probably any new object) is getting created +2 hours later than the system time.
Eg: CreateTime of the Ticket : 07/08/2013 16:35:41 (+2)
However my system date shows (which is correct):
[root@ams1-uatotrs-01 bin]# date
Mon Jul 8 14:35:34 CEST 2013
[root@ams1-uatotrs-01 bin]#
I have an Oracle Database in the backend and that give the correct date as well.
SQL> select to_char(sysdate,'dd/mm/yyyy hh24:mi:ss') from dual;
TO_CHAR(SYSDATE,'DD
-------------------
08/07/2013 14:38:52
Thanks for answering with any hints,
Gokhan
