Hi!
I'm running live OTRS installation (ver. 3.1.6) on MS Windows Server 2008 R2 + IIS + MS SQL 2008 R2 + Active Directory.
Is it possible and are there any how-tos to ubgrade it to 3.2.8 with less actions (some automated/scripted upgrade)? Or I will have to uninstall old version, install new, reconnect DB and restore old config files?

Even i want to Upgrade my current OTRS 3.1.18 version to 3.2 version on Windows platform. Can someone suggent a working procedure for it?

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
