How can we create ticket types only for agents? Customers will not be able to use its.

Use ACL for this. You may exclude some values from entering in customer interface. See Manual Chapter 18 for examples.

I have tried it, but I have achieved it only for the agents, and we would need some types will be used only for agents, not for customers. How can we do it?

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
