Hi guys!
Does anyone experience having the error above? I have already installed activeperl. I continued to install OTRS and launch the Web installer but the error occurred:
HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Server Error
Detailed Error:
ModuleIsapiModule Requested URL http://localhost:80/otrs/installer.pl
NotificationExecuteRequestHandler PhysicalPath C:\inetpub\wwwroot\otrs\installer.pl

Hi,
use FQDN for the web adress.
Use wiki article from otterhub wiki to configure your IIS. My Windows Installer 3.2.8 did NOT configure IIS.
