Hi,
When I set the state to "pending auto close (+)" for a ticket with the pending date, the ticket opens instead of closing after the end of the delay.
Why?
Did I make a wrong configuration?

Normal behavior,
The configuration was wrong:
Ticket::StateAfterPending pending auto close+ = open
MUST BE
Ticket::StateAfterPending pending auto close+ = closed successful
Voilà !
